Worldwide user research, interviewing users on the ground led to a massive insight; contract and part-time employees who participate in scheduling their own time are more engaged, forget their schedule less and spend less time off the shop floor.
Deployed in 1,300 stores in 18 countries the application also helps forecast staff demand for the busiest times using historic sales information to plan shift patterns. The design project comprised of a scalable UX and UI design delivering a responsive web app for use on hundreds of different ‘bring your own’ devices used by staff.
